RMA

The reasons for your return.

Your RMA return can have different reasons.


Order error.

You ordered the wrong reference. The product has not been used and is still in its original packaging. You can return it to us; we will issue a credit note with a restocking fee applied.

Open ticket

Delivery error.

You received a product different from the one you ordered.

Defective product.

The product is no longer functioning properly and is still under warranty. You have confirmed the malfunction with technical support. Please refer to the list of manufacturers below for the RMA process.

Return instructions.

To process your request as quickly and efficiently as possible, please review the following instructions. 

Packaging.

Returns must be properly packaged to prevent any damage during transport. 

Tracking.

Tracking your returns is your responsibility. We strongly encourage you to update the ticket once your carrier confirms delivery.

Identification .

All returns must be identified on the outer packaging with the RMA ticket number.

Accessories .

Returns should, whenever possible, be complete (power supply, battery, peripherals, etc.). At a minimum, the essential accessories needed to diagnose the reported issue must be included.

To avoid wasting time, please consult the list of manufacturers and follow the corresponding RMA process.

The cause of the malfunction must be validated by Grandstream support. Once confirmed, the ticket number must be provided when opening the RMA ticket.
